A disbarred attorney said Monday that 42 hours a week isn't enough time to prepare for his trial on charges he stalked his ex-girlfriend.Michael Meisler, 61, told District Judge Michael Gibbons that he needed more time to prepare his defense for a Jan. 15 trial date.Meisler, who is representing himself, acknowledged that he would never have never spent that much time preparing for a trial when he was practicing law."This is my only case and I'm the one in jeopardy," he said, appearing in civilian clothes.
