Carson Valley FFA members left their mark in many ways on the 85th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis on Oct. 24-25.In the veterinary science competition, the Carson Valley team, led by DHS agriculture teacher and team advisor Allyson Lammiman, placed sixth in the nation out of 79 teams. Team member Kimberly Bruner placed 17th in the nation out of 316 individuals.The veterinary science event was sponsored by Pfizer Animal Health as a special project of the National FFA Foundation.
