Sierra Lutheran High School won the Academic Olympics regional tournament held at their campus Nov. 5 by edging past Virginia City High School 22.5 to 21.5 points.The Falcons won the event by winning two of the four rounds of questions. After taking a 2-point lead following the first two rounds, the team held off a Virginia City rally to capture the early points lead in the regional standings.
