The Douglas High School junior varsity volleyball team defeated Carson 28-26, 25-18 last week in the season finale for both teams.Samantha Brown had seven kills to lead the Tigers, Johnnie Saletti added three, Allie Galloway and Emily Schmidt each had two and Savannah Allmett, Makayla Shaver, Maddy Lowe and Sydne Huck each had one.Galloway, Allmett and Brown each had one block.Amanda Weaver and Delaney Jacobson each had an ace and Lowe led the defense with five digs.Nikki Hamada finished with 10 assists, and Weaver added another six in the win.Douglas finished the year 21-6 overall.Douglas defeated Carson 25-21, 25-19 last …
