Reward offered for Eagle Ridge sculpture

A $1,000 reward is being offered for the return of the metal eagle sculpture that was taken from the north entrance of Eagle Ridge sometime over the past week.

Eagle Ridge Homeowners Association President Greg Painter has filed a sheriff's complaint in the theft, which was discovered on Saturday.

Because of the eagle's value, the theft could be considered grand larceny, a felony.

Anyone with information regarding the theft may contact Douglas County Secret Witness at 775-78-CRIME or 775-782-7463.
