Western Nevada College's 2012 associate degree nursing graduates have achieved a 100 percent pass rate for students taking the National Council Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses. Forty-one students completed the two-year nursing program this spring and earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing. They were then eligible to sit for the national exam, which confirms a graduate's competencies as a nurse and assists boards of nursing in making licensure decisions.
