Project School Days report

EDITOR:Project School Days has finished its main work in providing school supplies to teachers in Douglas County’s seven elementary, two middle schools and Whittell High School for their students who need materials to complete their school work. Project School Days, now in its 15th year, helped approximately 73 teachers provide materials to about 538 kids. Teachers may also request supplies at any time during the school year. Supplies range from crayons, pens and pencils to notebooks, dictionaries, backpacks and calculators. This program has been approved by Superintendent of Schools Lisa Noonan.A generous community makes this project possible by donating money that is used to purchase supplies or by collecting and donating school supplies. We would like to thank C. V.
