It took a couple of tries to get off the ground, but a covered wagon directing motorists to Nevada's first town has been bolted into place.A score of Greater Genoa Business Association members watched as a crane donated by Connolly Crane Service lifted the wagon off the side of Highway 395 on Wednesday evening and into place on a concrete pedestal.Association president and Genoa Bar owner Willy Webb said Kelly Connolly agreed to donate the services of the crane in exchange for a beer.That was pretty much the way the entire project was funded, with association members donating money, time …
