The names of four people killed Tuesday morning in a fiery pickup crash have been released by the Nevada Highway Patrol.Fernley residents Troy Sibson, 47, Noel "Mike" Sotka, 52 and Douglas "Jason" Counterman, 30, were employees of Pioneer Crossing Casino properties based in Fernley and Dayton.
