With a backdrop of the Sierra at the Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park, the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce installed its 2012-2013 board of directors on July 18.
The board welcomed three newcomers, joining 13 members who will continue their leadership roles.
The new directors are Brynn Bertucci of U.S. Bank, Tom King of the Tahoe Ridge Winery, Bistro and Marketplace, and Fran Pritchard of Killer Salsa.
They will join returning directors Katie Marquardt of GE Energy, Bill Henderson of Carson Valley Inn, David James of Dr. James the Dentist, Lee Bonner of the Douglas County Commission, Gerry Bing of Bing Materials, George Swetland of Pro Group Management, and Shannon Albert of the Carson Valley Medical Center.
Board officers for the year are Debra Lang of Holiday Inn Express, president; Patrick Rhamey of Edgewood Companies, president elect; individual member John Endter, vice president; Jeri Johnson of Nevada State Bank, past president; Ursula Prebezac of City National Bank, treasurer; and Tom Brooks of Carson Valley Golf Course, visitors authority board chair.
Also recognized for their service at the event were outgoing directors Jessica Jensen of Guild Mortgage, Samantha Koblitz of Carson Valley Country Club Basque Restaurant, Marie Stokes of Genoa Lakes Golf Resort, and Cheri Glockner of Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare.
