Celebrate locally produced foods and wine at the fourth annual Locavore Dinner 6 p.m. Aug. 15 at Trimmer Outpost in Genoa.
As a fundraiser for the Green Living Festival, caterer/restaurateur Lori Baxter will be serving up salad, rosemary bread with pesto, and a choice of three entrees: Asian marinated beef tri-tip, chicken picatta, or vegetarian stuffed zucchini.
Vegetables, ice cream with fruit, and coffee or tea and a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink will also be offered. Additional wine and beer will be available for purchase.
