Nevada and California authorities are seeking a California parole absconder who was reportedly living in an Indian Hills apartment.Being sought is Randy Nourse, 48, who has an extensive felony criminal history in California for burglary, robbery and narcotics offenses.Members of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Special Weapons & Tactics Team cordoned off the apartment complex on Tuesday, and after attempting to make contact with him, entered the apartment, discovering he wasn't there.Nourse is described as being about 6-feet, 1-inch tall, weighing about 215 pounds, with a large build, balding light-colored brown hair and blue eyes.
