Douglas County commission District 5 candidate Barry Penzel is financing his own campaign to the tune of $10,000.Even without the loan, Penzel outraised commissioner Mike Olson, reporting $3,150 in contributions to Olson's $3,118.54 in the primary race.Penzel has also outspent Olson by more than three times so far in the campaign.According to documents filed with the Nevada Secretary of State's Office, Penzel's largest contributor is the Starrett Family Trust of Jobs Peak Ranch, which donated $3,000.Penzel spent $6,459.63, mostly on signs, printing and mailing.Olson's chief backer is ParkPAC, the political action committee associated with the Edgewood Companies, which own tracts …
