The importance of education in Laura Kruse's life is obvious from the emphasis and devotion that her family shows toward learning. Parents Mark and Susan Kruse home-schooled their seven children, improving their areas of weakness and stimulating their strengths.Kruse enrolled in her first college class when she was 15 years old and completed her General Education Development exam at 16.
