Inmates admit pot smuggling

Two Douglas County inmates admitted their part in smuggling marijuana into the jail.Mark Nadler, 26, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.In exchange for his guilty plea, additional charges will be dropped.East Fork Judge Pro Tem Paul Gilbert added 10 days to Nadler's 60-day sentence for a second driving under the influence conviction."You've got to get it together or you are going to do life on the installment plan," Gilbert said.He ordered the sentence to be served consecutively to Nadler's DUI."You're extremely lucky to get that," Gilbert said.Inmate Jake Ruz was fined $637 after he pleaded guilty to …
