A Sacramento woman killed in a rollover accident near Lovelock has been identified as Rita N. Kovalev, 66, by the Nevada Highway Patrol.Mrs. Kovalev was the passenger in a 2005 Honda Civic that left Interstate 80 and rolled on Wednesday afternoon.Driving the Honda was her husband, 73 year-old Viktor P. Kovalev, who remains in the Intensive Care Unit at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno. Both had been wearing seat belts.The crash happened at approximately 1:45 pm on Interstate 80 near mile marker 90, approximately 15 miles west of Lovelock.
