MINDEN, Nev. - A Canadian motorcyclist was killed Thursday afternoon on Monitor Pass in a head-on collision with a passenger vehicle.Allan H. Munro, 39, of Edmonton, Alberta, was identified as the victim of the accident by the Alpine County Sheriff's Office.Munro was northbound on Highway 89 at about 4 p.m. when he crossed into the opposite lane and into the path of a Subaru WRX driven by a Mountain View, Calif., resident, according to the California Highway Patrol.Munro was pronounced dead at the scene.
