The former branch manager of Eastern Sierra Community Bank was arrested on Thursday in Bridgeport on charges of felony embezzlement. Roxana Foley, 51, who lives in Bridgeport, was taken into custody after Mono County Sheriff's investigators, with the help of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, served several warrants.
