The Partnership of Community Resources is asking for stories from people who have found one of the kindness bells hidden around Douglas County.In the last four years, 350 kindness bells have been hung twice a year from North Douglas County to Topaz, including Lake Tahoe.The purpose of the Ring in Kindness project is to spread kindness in the community through handmade pieces of art.
