A memorial service is April 28 in La Mesa, Calif., for Minden native William Frederick Wennhold, who died Feb. 27, 2012, from Alzheimer's.Born June 2, 1929, in the master bedroom of the red brick building his father, banker William Wennhold, built six years earlier from a plan found in a magazine, his mother was Freida Heise Wennhold.
