Indian Hills man faces prison for dealing marijuana

A 31-year-old Indian Hills man is facing up to six years in prison and a $20,000 fine after admitting he sold marijuana to a confidential informant at least three separate times in the vicinity of Mica Drive.Guillermo Olivo pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one count of sales of a controlled substance, a category B felony, admitting he sold a total of 93.5 grams of marijuana over three separate transactions between Nov. 30 and Dec. 14. The buyer was an agent of the Douglas County Street Enforcement Team.In exchange for the plea, the district attorney's office agreed to drop multiple counts …
