Nick Cohee, a 2006 graduate of Douglas High School and 1st Team NCAA All-American ski racer for the University of Utah, is off to a fast start in his final collegiate racing career, winning the NCAA 2012 season opener at Eldora Mountain Resort outside of Boulder, Colorado this past weekend.Cohee, who will graduate in May with a degree in finance, won the Giant Slalom event, scoring his best point result ever, moving him into the top 25 nationally, ahead of several current members of the United States Ski Team.He is expected to be in the top seed at the NCAA …
