A 58-year-old special investigator for the Nevada attorney general announced his candidacy Friday for East Fork Justice of the Peace.Wayne Fazzino said he hoped to return the position to a nonattorney."Probably the strongest pull I have to run for JP is that the position is a lay position. The Legislature has deemed it so. We now have an attorney.
