A 58-year-old special investigator for the Nevada attorney general announced his candidacy Friday for East Fork Justice of the Peace.Wayne Fazzino said he hoped to return the position to a nonattorney."Probably the strongest pull I have to run for JP is that the position is a lay position. The Legislature has deemed it so. We now have an attorney. It wasn't meant to be that in the beginning," Fazzino said.The nonpartisan position is held by attorney Tom Perkins who was appointed in 2010 to fill the unexpired term of Judge Jim EnEarl who resigned.Perkins, 60, also filed for election.The deadline …
