Gardnerville Elementary teacher raising funds for iPod shuffles

With spring just around the corner, Carson Valley will start to grow and flourish not only with luscious greenery, but with bright new ideas for the Valley's young, budding students. As technology continues to blossom, teachers and students will continue to have more opportunities trying out new methods of learning.Dana Rosingus, a fifth-grade teacher at Gardnerville Elementary School, is using the website www.donorschoose.org to raise money for five iPod Shuffles in order to present new learning methods to her students.
