David Walley's Hot Springs Resort & Spa in Genoa on Tuesday. The Walley's Property Owners Association board has filed a lawsuit seeking a receiver to take over management of the resort from Celebrity Resorts. A March 11 hearing is scheduled in Douglas County District Court.
