Anyone with information about the Feb. 21, 2008, murder of Ben Oxley is asked to call Douglas County Sheriff’s Investigator Ron Elges at 782-9910 or Secret Witness at 782-7463. Secret Witness is offering $13,500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person responsible.
