Suspicious suitcase turns out to be empty

A suspicious package that closed Stateline Avenue turned out to be an empty suitcase.
The bag was spotted between the railing and the planter's at Harvey's Casino and resulted in the closure of the street while members of the Tahoe-Douglas Bomb Squad looked inside using fiber optic cables.
The report came it at 10:30 a.m. and bomb squad members gave the all clear at 11:49 a.m.
