La Costa at Monte Vista celebrates model opening

Syncon Homes will celebrate a model grand opening at La Costa at Monte Vista from 11a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 1775 La Cita Way in Minden.

The opening will feature free refreshments and a chance to win prizes. Ross Mitchell of KKOH radio will broadcast live from La Costa starting at 2 p.m. Syncon Homes, in cooperation with Mother Lode Bicycles in Sparks, will give away a Giant bicycle with the purchase of every new home at La Costa.

Inspired by European city centers, La Costa features three collections of single- and two-story homes ranging from 2,202 to 3,369 square feet. Features include details like art niches or coffered ceilings; wood privacy fencing; gas fireplaces; granite countertops; breakfast bar or breakfast nook; and front yard landscaping with irrigation system and timer.

Some floor plans include casitas joined with sheltered courtyards. Bicycle racks are included in the garages.
